The owners of Ba Bar will open Ba Bar Green on Friday, November 12 as a walk-up window at its South Lake Union location, 500 Terry Ave. North. This vegan, East Asian street food concept by husband-and-wife proprietors Eric Banh and Teresa Nguyen, along with Chef de Cuisine Chris Michel, will be a 100 percent plant-based menu of both made-to-order and grab-and-go options.
